"Li Licci" is an active farm milking sheep and goats besides keeping pigs, wild boars, chicken and producing a large amount of cork, honey, and the basic ingredients for our homemade liquors and vegetable conserves. Most of these products are then transformed on the farm into pecorino cheese, ricotta, salame, hams, or go towards the preparation of the different types of pasta and sweets which we make on the premises. The only thing that does not need any transformation is our famous roast suckling pig which just requires a couple of hours in a good old fashioned bread oven at the right heat !!!
